Q. How is this vibration technology different from a gym?

It is a low impact and low stress method of toning your body. It’s quick, efficient and no gym clothing is required. You can train between other activities; out for a walk, popping to the shops, commuting to work…

Q. How often do I need to train?

3 times a week is recommended – more often for better results. You only need visit for ten minutes at a time but you can work up to longer durations and combined exercises.

Q. How soon will I see results?

This depends on the frequency, duration and intensity of your visit and it goes hand in hand with a balanced diet.

Q. Will I be instructed in how to use the machines?

Yes, our staff will talk you through the machine functions and advise on suitable exercises for you. They’ll be on hand for any questions you have.

Q. I’m pregnant, can I still use an oscillation machine?

No, there are some medical conditions where the use of our toning studio is not advised. These include pregnancy, heart and/or breathing problems and recent surgery so it’s best to call us for advice if you are unsure.
