As a busy working mum I know how hard it is to find the time to exercise. A friend introduced me to oscillation in 2013 and after a few weeks I could see the results that she has achieved. This encouraged me to try it myself and I was quickly hooked. I felt compelled to start my new venture, Tone in Ten, in 2014 in Cheam which was a great success.
In 2017 I decided to bring Tone in Ten closer to home and now have a studio in Thames Ditton. I love my job, I love seeing clients enjoying the exercise, increasing their fitness and improving their circulation and core strength. The overall sense of well being that this type of workout brings to my clients is so rewarding. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Oscillation suits all ages and abilities . It is low impact exercise and workouts are tailored to your needs. Classes are 20 minutes and inducted by myself. A class size is no more than 6 and is always a friendly and fun way to increase your fitness.
